This 141m2 duplex flat offers a warm decor and high quality fittings. The south-west facing aspect provides plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the mountains and village.

One indoor and one outdoor parking space are reserved for you, as are two ski lockers with boot dryers in the heart of the residence.

On the ground floor, the flat comprises a living room opening onto two balconies: one facing south and the other facing west with a view of the village and slopes.
The very large living room features a TV lounge-dining area and a fitted kitchen.
There are two bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom, facing west, has a double bed and a bathroom with bath and WC. It opens onto a balcony. The second bedroom also has a double bed and its own shower room with WC.
A separate WC completes this level.
Upstairs, a third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A fourth double bedroom and a mountain area with a bunk bed (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6) complete the sleeping arrangements.
